Inspired by his passion for art and his interests in graffiti, Michael Jordan opted not to wear shoes but to paint his own pair. This made possible the birth of the legendary Air Jordan 1 sneakers in 1981. This pair was designed in green with White/Black sole and heel. They are painted on canvas and then placed on top of the leather that makes up the upper part of the sneaker.
