New Balance 991 collection

The history of the New Balance 991

The New Balance 991 is a retro running sneaker. The first iteration of the shoe was released in 2001 and cemented this classic silhouette as a brand staple.

When you put on these shoes, you'll find that they're as comfortable as your favorite pair of slippers. They were designed with performance in mind and are lightweight shoes that still manage to give support to your feet with their ENCAP cushioning system.

The characteristics of the New Balance 991

The New Balance 991 is a fantastic shoe because of its mix of mesh and suede materials. Not only do they make the shoe look great, but they also provide ventilation. The New Balance 991 colors will be: black/white/light grey, grey/black/orange, light pink/grey, black/yellow/purple. They will be available at select retailers on May 25th for $180 USD a pair.

The New Balance 991 collaborations

At some point or another, you may have stumbled across a pair of the New Balance 991 sneakers. If not, they are New Balance's most iconic model and come in a variety of different materials and colors. The 991 is considered to be one of the best designer sneakers on the market because it combines comfort with style.

If you're looking for more than just your basic pair of shoes, however, the brand also has collaborated with several other brands to create a special line of sneakers. One popular collaboration was with J.Crew, which produced an all-green colorway called "the Hilltop Blues." Then there was a collab between NB and Casablanca that featured an orange colorway—a must-have for any fashionista's closet! And if these two aren't enough reason enough to take note, consider this: Ronnie Fieg's famous sneaker boutique Kith will be dropping their own version soon as well!

The Japanese brand mita sneakers also has teamed up with New Balance for another collaboration on a limited-edition 991 collection that includes three different pairs: gray/white/red (which sold out almost immediately), black/white/red (which are still available online), and navy blue/white/black (also still available).

And if you haven't had your fill yet there's still one more collaboration worth mentioning: United Arrows released their own version called Country Club which features red accents throughout each shoe along with an off white base color scheme similar to that seen previously in this article about Ronnie Fieg's Kith x New Balance sneaks mentioned above.'
